Why Amazon doesn't clearly mark that the product is Non-Returnable?
Ordered the Sennheiser PC 3.2 Chat headset from Amazon for my laptop. Once it arrived, I realized it wasn't compatible — something which I missed to double check, but between the specs, offers, warranty banners, and cashback callouts crowding the page, it's easy to miss the one detail that actually matters to you.
When I went to return it, I found out it's not returnable — only eligible for a 10-day replacement. Nowhere on the page is this called out clearly. It's sitting quietly among a dozen other details, the same size and weight as "free delivery" or "2 year warranty," when it's actually the term that decides whether you're stuck with the product or not.
If a product can't be returned, that should be stated upfront, clearly, before checkout — not left for the buyer to discover after they've already found out it doesn't work for them.
Posting this so if you're ordering accessories or electronics on Amazon, check the return vs. replacement policy on the product page itself before you buy — don't assume "10 day replacement" means you can send it back if it just doesn't fit your setup.
