By accessing or using the Grumble platform at grumble.in ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grumble.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using Grumble, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
— Provide accurate and complete information during registration
— Keep your account information up to date
— Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
— Not share your account credentials with any third party
By filing a grumble or posting any content on the Platform ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that:
— The content is based on your genuine personal experience
— The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
— The content does not infringe any third-party rights
— The content complies with applicable Indian law
You grant Grumble a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your User Content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You agree not to:
— File false, misleading, or defamatory content
— Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
— Attempt to manipulate the Grumble Index through false validations
— Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or brand representatives
— Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
— Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
— Impersonate any person or entity
Grumble reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct. Removal of content does not create any liability on the part of Grumble.
The Grumble Index (GI) score is an automated metric based on user-submitted data. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a professional assessment, legal opinion, or endorsement. Grumble does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of GI scores.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grumble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any User Content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
All content, design, logos, and software on the Platform (excluding User Content) are the intellectual property of Grumble and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Grumble is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
