Indian consumers are among the most resilient in the world — they tolerate delays, poor support, billing errors, and misleading claims far more than they should. Social media posts get buried. Complaint emails go unanswered. Consumer forums are slow and complicated.
Grumble changes that. By aggregating real consumer experiences, assigning a transparent Grumble Index (GI) score to every brand, and making accountability visible — we create genuine pressure for brands to do better.
Every brand on Grumble carries a GI score — a number from 0 to 100 that reflects the volume and severity of consumer complaints. A lower score means fewer and milder complaints. A higher score signals serious and frequent accountability failures.
The GI is calculated automatically based on grumble volume, issue severity, and resolution data. It is updated in real time as new grumbles are filed and validated by the community.
