Very frustrating experience at Reliance Digital - Thane

My experience with Reliance Digital was extremely frustrating. I was given misleading information about product availability and delivery timelines, which caused unnecessary delays and monetary loss on my end. Customer support kept passing the issue around without any accountability. Despite multiple follow-ups, the problem remained unresolved. Very disappointing service and poor customer care.
