ResQ After-Sales Service: Worst Experience | No Repair | Harassment
I am writing this with extreme frustration after dealing with Reliance ResQ service for the last 1 month 10 days.
I raised a complaint on 18th June. After continuous follow-ups, a technician visited after 3 days. Then after another 5 days, my TV was picked up for repair. After 15 days of chasing, the TV was returned — not repaired, not installed, just placed on my bed. I was told parts (panel & motherboard) were being arranged and someone else would fix it.
Then after 5 days, the same technician calls and casually informs: “TV repair will not happen, we will process 70% refund.”
Since then:
- Store manager confirmed refund once — then stopped answering calls completely
- I called 5–10 times daily, no response
- Customer care keeps redirecting me to the store
- I physically visited The Great India Place, Noida — store has relocated, no support
- A ResQ manager called, promised resolution, negotiated for 2 days — now he’s also not responding
My total cost:
- TV: ₹45,000
- EMI Interest: ₹6,000
- ResQ Plan: ₹9,500
And in return? Mental harassment, zero accountability, and no resolution.
At this point, I genuinely want to ask:
Who is responsible? Who should I talk to?
I will be attaching call logs and details to show the level of negligence and mental stress caused.
Strong advice to everyone: Please think twice before buying a Reliance ResQ plan. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever faced.
If anyone can guide me on how to escalate this further or file a proper consumer complaint, I would really appreciate your help.
