PAID 100% AMOUNT TO DEALER AND STILL WAITING TO GET A CAR EVEN AFTER 45 DAYS
When a customer fulfils every obligation, how can an authorised dealership and a financing bank still leave the customer without the vehicle?
In March 2026, I booked a Škoda Kushaq with Stellar Skoda (Gujarat). Based on repeated assurances from the dealership, I completed 100% payment, including loan disbursement through South Indian Bank.
Only after the entire amount had been paid was I informed that my allotted vehicle had been delivered to another customer due to an admitted "human error."
As a result, the vehicle finance has already been disbursed, while I remain without the vehicle for which the loan was sanctioned. Since then, I have received repeated revisions to delivery timelines, inconsistent communication, and no clear accountability.
This is not merely a delivery delay. It raises fundamental questions about operational controls, customer protection, and accountability across both the dealership and the financing process.
I respectfully call upon Škoda India, Škoda Group, Volkswagen Group, and South Indian Bank to review this matter at the highest level, establish accountability, and provide an immediate and time-bound resolution.
Customer trust is built on commitments being honoured—not on customers bearing the consequences of institutional failures.
I have preserved all relevant documentation, including booking records, payment proofs, financing documents, and written communications, and I expect this matter to be resolved in a fair, transparent, and professional manner.
