National Consumer Helpline / e-Jagriti (Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions)
There's no dedicated escalation body for e-commerce — every platform must appoint its own Grievance Officer (required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020), but if that doesn't resolve your complaint, you can call the National Consumer Helpline or file a case with a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission through the e-Jagriti online portal (e-jagriti.gov.in), under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
E-commerce platforms are legally required to publish their own Grievance Officer's contact details and resolve complaints within 48 hours (acknowledgment) and 1 month (resolution) — check the platform's own contact/support page first. If that fails, this is the same general consumer-court route available for any product or service complaint, not an e-commerce-specific authority.
