Delivery came late by an hour

Absolutely terrible experience with Zomato. My order arrived nearly an hour late, the food was cold and poorly packed, and some items were missing. What made it worse was the lack of effective customer support—automated responses and no real resolution. I ended up paying for a meal that was nowhere near the quality or service promised. Very frustrating and disappointing.
