Terrible experience with Vinfast VF6 Wind Infinity

@Vinfast India After months of repeated complaints, I have finally reached the point where I can no longer trust my brand-new EV. Vehicle: VinFast VF6 Wind Infinity Registration No.: DL7GD7655 VIN No.: P7TVAGPC9SMJ00439 My experience has included: • Failure of both front shock absorbers. • Abnormal tyre wear caused after suspension issues. • Purchase of new Michelin tyres at my own expense. • Two separate highway tyre blowouts, both creating extremely dangerous situations for me and other road users. • Poor roadside assistance during an emergency. • Repeated workshop visits without a permanent solution. Today, my vehicle is still lying at S K Motors, Pooth Kalan, Delhi after the second highway tyre blowout. On 24 July 2026, I received a call from VinFast Faridabad Service Centre (+91 85889 00489). I informed them about the second highway tyre blowout and clearly stated that I had completely lost confidence in the vehicle. Despite this, no solution has been provided, and my vehicle continues to remain in the workshop. I have now decided that I will not accept or drive this vehicle again. A vehicle that suffers repeated highway tyre blowouts after suspension-related failures cannot be considered safe. I have formally demanded that VinFast: • Buy back my defective vehicle. • Refund the full purchase amount. • Reimburse all expenses incurred, including tyres, towing, and other related costs. • Compensate me for the safety risks, repeated inconvenience, mental harassment, and loss of use. • Reimburse the running expenses of my alternate vehicle, a Hyundai i20, which I have been forced to use because my VinFast remains unusable. Customer safety should never be compromised. A new vehicle should inspire confidence—not repeated fear every time it is driven on the highway. I hope VinFast takes responsibility and resolves this matter fairly before further legal proceedings become necessary. #VinFast #VinFastIndia #VF6 #ElectricVehicle #EV #CustomerExperience #ConsumerRights #RoadSafety #VehicleSafety #QualityIssues #AfterSalesService #Buyback #DefectiveVehicle #Automotive #HighwaySafety #TyreBlowout #ShockAbsorberFailure #ConsumerProtection #India

PAID 100% AMOUNT TO DEALER AND STILL WAITING TO GET A CAR EVEN AFTER 45 DAYS
When a customer fulfils every obligation, how can an authorised dealership and a financing bank still leave the customer without the vehicle? In March 2026, I booked a Škoda Kushaq with Stellar Skoda...
