The brand's Grumble Index score is updated in real time. Brands with high GI scores are publicly visible as having serious accountability issues. Brands can respond to grumbles and mark them as resolved.
The GI score ranges from 0 to 100. A lower score means fewer and milder complaints — the brand is doing well. A higher score signals serious and frequent issues. The score updates automatically every time a grumble is filed, validated, or resolved.
