Flights Always Delayed

A 4-6 hour flight delay has become the new normal with Spicejet. To make matters worse, the inconvenience doesn't end with the delay - the ground support is extremely poor, and passengers aren't even provided with proper meals/stay during these long waits. Travelers deserve better communication, timely assistance, and basic care when flights are significantly delayed.
